Trouble Placing Order on Avery.com

If you are having trouble placing an order on avery.com, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Change your internet browser used to place an order (Safari, Chrome, Firefox)
  2. Be sure that you are logged into your online account when placing the order
  3. The billing address and credit card address must match - (ie: Avenue VS Ave.)
  4. If the credit card billing address has been updated, it may take 24-48 hours to update
  5. Confirm that the address being entered is correct
  6. DO NOT use the autofill feature in your browser. We would suggest typing your billing information manually
  7. Try a different payment method with a different card
If you are still unable to place the order, please contact our Care Team at 1 (800) 462- 8379 and we can place the order over the phone with you. Note: if you have 20 or more items in your cart, it may stall. Try deleting some items from the cart to see if it will let you place the order.
