Design & Print Online - Not Working Correctly (General Problems)

When Design & Print Online is not working correctly or being viewed correctly try the following troubleshooting steps:
Clear internet browsing history and cache and cookies
  • Be sure you saved your project to your online account
  • Go into your browser settings and choose the option to clear history completely (ie: beginning of time/everything)
  • Items to delete: browsing history, download history, cached images/files, cookies/site data etc
  • Once you clear your browsing history and your cache and cookies, close out of all the windows
  • Go to www.avery.com to get a new connection to our website

If you are using a work computer, check with your IT department to see if there are any firewalls or restrictions on our site. Firewalls can cause issues with Design & Print Online.

When accessing our site - Google Chrome is the most compatible browser
