Clear internet browsing history and cache and cookies
- Be sure you saved your project to your online account
- Go into your browser settings and choose the option to clear history completely (ie: beginning of time/everything)
- Items to delete: browsing history, download history, cached images/files, cookies/site data etc
- Once you clear your browsing history and your cache and cookies, close out of all the windows
- Go to www.avery.com to get a new connection to our website
If you are using a work computer, check with your IT department to see if there are any firewalls or restrictions on our site. Firewalls can cause issues with Design & Print Online.
