Avery 5294 labels are 12 per sheet, 2.5 inches round. You can design these using the 5294 template in Avery Design & Print Online. Note: 5294 does not support print-to-the-edge, and does not share the same template with other 2.5" round labels, so be sure you choose the correct template for your label's product number.
You can also use a template built into Microsoft Word or download an Avery 5294 template for Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Pages.
