After you click Print, the Paper Size setting may appear in your printer dialog box, or you may need to look for the Properties or Preferences tab or button to see to this menu. Also, look for paper or media type, and change it from Plain Paper to Heavyweight or Cardstock. You can also choose Photo if none of these settings are available on your printer.
You need your printer to hold the products snugly. Gently slide the paper guide on your printer feed over to the 4.25" width position. If your printer has a special tray for envelopes, you may be able to use that instead.
We recommend you cut a sheet of paper to the same size as the Avery sheet, and do a test print to be sure your settings and alignment are correct.
If you are using Microsoft Word, be sure the paper size is set correctly using the Layout tab at the top and the Size dropdown:
