If the label seems to be too difficult to peel from the backing we would recommend flexing the sheet slightly so that the edge of the label can lift up from the sheet.
However, if the label is not able to be removed at all from the sheet, please contact us at 800-462-8379. It will be very helpful to have the trace code or a sample of the labels sent back for review.
