The font might need to be moved to where the software looks for the font file. You can move the font file using Windows Explorer (the file folder icon at the bottom left of the screen).
Look in C > Windows > Fonts to see if the font name is there. If not, drag and drop it from its location into this file.
Only TTF (True Type Fonts) are supported by the software.
OTF (Open Type Fonts) cannot be used.
