If you create a spreadsheet in Numbers for Mac and want to import that spreadsheet into our Design & Print Online software, you will need to export that file to a CSV format.
- Open your Numbers Spreadsheet and choose File
- Go to Export To and select to export the file as a CSV format
Click Next, then type a name for the spreadsheet (without the filename extension, such as .xls or .csv, which is appended to the name automatically)
To choose where to save the spreadsheet, click the Where pop-up menu, choose a location, then click Export
You can then go to Step 3 Customize of our Avery Design & Print Online software and select Import Data to begin the mail merge.
