If you are unable to print directly from Design and Print, you can save a PDF to print from. Follow the steps below:
1. In Customize, select Preview & Print in the upper right-hand corner
2. Next, select Print in the upper right while in Preview & Print
3. On the window that appears, select the Save as PDF option and select where to save the printable file on the computer
4. Open that saved PDF and print
This will happen when an all in one printer is being used. The software is not able to determine what driver to use since multi function printers use more than one driver.
