Make sure you have your cursor inside the text box while in Step 3 Customize.

To type the upside-down punctuation marks press the following keys all at once.
Opt + 1 = ¡
Opt + shift + ? = ¿
Other Options in Design & Print Online
1. Click on or add text box so that cursor is flashing where you would like to insert the symbol.
2. In the text options choose the Omega Symbol.
3. In the drop-down list choose More.
4. Select symbol needed.
