If you don't see the Mailings tab at the top of the Word screen, go to File, then choose Options, then Customize Ribbon and be sure Mailings is checked.
If you are using the downloaded App for Word instead of the full version, you may not have an option to create labels, so please use our free Avery Design & Print Online instead at https://www.avery.com/software/design-and-print/.
