At this time, FedEx labels will always print with the label on one half of the sheet, and the instructions on the other half. The easiest way to print FedEx labels is to use Avery Shipping Labels with Paper Receipts, such as Avery 5127, 8127 or 27900.
Here are a couple of workarounds that might help you print on labels that are two per sheet:
- When you create your shipment and generate a PDF for your label, use the Snipping tool or Grab for Mac to take a screen shot of the label image. You can then copy and paste it or save it as an image and import it into another program like Google Docs, Microsoft Word or Avery Design & Print Online.
- If you have the full version of Adobe Creative Cloud, after you create your shipment and generate a PDF for your label, you can use the PDF tools to manipulate the PDF and place the label on the top or bottom half of a page.
Note: Contact FedEx if you need more help, or to request updates to their label layout to simplify this process.
