Avery Design & Print Online has a divider creator wizard that let's you quickly create sets of dividers to print from home.
Note: If you prefer to enter the tabs one by one on the Customize screen, you can either change the Number of Sets to Create to 0 or exit out of the creator.
Here are instructions on how to use this tool:
- Go to avery.com/templates and enter in your Avery product number and select the template
- You will be directed to that product's template page. Click on Start Designing
- Now you will be in the Choose Design step and can click Select This Design
- In Customize, the Divider Creator will appear in the middle of the screen
- You can use the drop-downs to select the Number of Sets to Create and Start on Set to choose which set you would like to start printing from
- If you are using one of our Big Tab Insertable Dividers, you will see options to either Collate or Group
- If you are using an Index Maker Label Divider, you will see options to create labels for Front Tab Only or Front & Back of Tabs
- Once you make your selections, select Next in the bottom right of the window
- On this screen you can enter the text for the set of dividers
- You will also see image options at the top - whether you want to add images on the Left or Right side or to have Same images all tabs or Different image each tab
- When you finish setting up the divider, select Finish and you will be in the Customize screen
- Text and Image editing options are on the left hand side
Note: Once you save your project, the Divider Creator will not re-open when you open your project. If you need to change the text in your dividers, you will need to use the Navigator on the right side of Customize to click into each tab to make edits.
