2. Verify that you are using the latest version of the Browser
3. Verify that you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer
4. Verify that when you print the page size is set correctly, and the scale is set to "Actual Size" or to "Custom 100%"Though most browsers are compatible with avery.com and Design and Print Online, Google Chrome is preferred.
- When printing, Chrome is able to generate a PDF preview (when choosing OPEN PDF), but with other browsers you may need to Download PDF and open with Adobe
- Other browsers may have errors such as templates/projects taking too long to load/save
- Other browsers may have issues sending a link to reset passwords
- Other browsers may have different issues or cause errors with project
If you use the Opera browser, you will need to follow special instructions for getting a pdf to print from Avery Design & Print Online.
