Avery Quarter-Fold Cards are on an 8.5" x 11" heavyweight card stock that is scored for easy folding. You print the card, then fold it twice to be a 4.25" x 5.5" card to place inside the envelope (envelopes are included). The benefit of using a quarter-fold card is that you don't need to print both sides of the sheet to get the front, inside and back printed. The easiest way to design these cards is using Avery Design & Print Online, as it will automatically flip the design on the inside so that you don't have to try to design the different sides upside down or sideways. Plus, it has pre-designed templates available to make it easier to get started with your project.

You will need to choose a Tall or Wide template. Here's how the Tall layout works in the navigator:
Here's how the Wide layout works in the navigator:
Use the Navigator at the top right of the Customize page to move between the different sections of the card. Design & Print Online will automatically flip the images and text if needed, but the preview in the Navigator and on the Preview & Print page will show the upside-down items.
Trying to get the images to be the right direction in Microsoft Word is very difficult, but there is a template built into Microsoft Word or you can download an Avery 3266 template for Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Pages.
Avery Note Cards are also 4.25" x 5.5" but there are two on a sheet. The sheet is perforated down the middle to create two cards. Here's some information on recommended printer settings.
