Amazon Returns and Exchanges

If you receive Avery product through amazon.com that is damaged, has missing items, or is in used condition, you can return or exchange it through your Amazon account.

  • When on amazon.com, select Orders in the upper right side of the screen next to your sign in 

  • Once you click on Orders, find the product and select the Return or replace items button

  • On the next page, use the checkbox next to the item you wish to return. A drop-down will appear on the right side -- select from the options listed why you are returning the item. You may be required to add a comment to describe the issue

  • Next, select the yellow Continue button in the upper right side of the screen
  • On the next screen, you can select to Replace with the exact same item, Refund to your Amazon account balance, or Refund to your credit/debit card. After you select one of these options, click Continue in the upper right
  • On the following page, you can select from the different return options. The Kohl's Dropoff, UPS Pickup, and UPS Store Dropoff options should not require you to print a shipping label
  • After selecting your return option, select Confirm Your Return. Amazon will send you an email confirmation once the return is received at their warehouse
